Terms of Use

By using the Kahrab app or the kahrabapp.com website you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to any of them, please stop using the app.

1. Nature of the service

Kahrab is a platform that brings together buyers and sellers of electric vehicles and displays charging stations and a service-provider directory in the Sultanate of Oman. We are a listing intermediary only — we are not a party to any sale or purchase, and we do not guarantee that deals will complete or that the cars and services listed are of any particular quality.

2. Your account

• Registration is open to people aged 16 and over.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for any activity carried out through it.
• Keep access to your email address — it is how you sign in to the app.

3. Listings and content

• All listings and suggested charging stations are reviewed by our team before publication, and we may refuse or remove any content without giving reasons.
• Your listings must be honest and accurate, and for cars you own or are authorised to sell.
• Content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or duplicated is not permitted.
• What you publish remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it within the platform in order to operate the service.
• User-added charging stations are removed or amended on request through the contact page, once the team has verified it.

4. Acceptable use

• Using the platform for fraud, impersonation or harvesting user data is prohibited.
• Attempting to breach or disrupt the platform, or to gain unauthorised access to its systems, is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms.

5. Transactions between users

Any contact, agreement or payment between you and another user (a seller, buyer, shop or specialist) is solely the responsibility of the two of you. We always recommend viewing the car, having it inspected by a specialist, and completing the transfer of ownership through official channels.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. We accept no liability for any loss arising from dealings with the platform's content or its users, including the accuracy or availability of the charging-station data shown on the map.

7. Ending the service

You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service, or any part of it, for maintenance, development or legal reasons.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after amendments are published is taken as acceptance of them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
